Telenor Group’s subsidiary in Malaysia, Digi, has today announced its results for the first quarter 2021. Telenor’s consolidated figures in NOK million are as follows:

EBITDA before other items 1,552 1,723

Operating profit 902 1,029

CAPEX excl. spectrum licences 317 314

Subscription and traffic revenues in local currency decreased by 3%, and EBITDA decreased by 2%. During the quarter the number of subscriptions decreased by 191 thousand to 10.25 million.

Outlook 2021

• Service Revenue: Low single digit decline

• EBITDA: Mid-single digit decline

• Capex to sales: 14-15%
