Telenor refinances revolving credit facility with 10 banks

Telenor has signed a EUR 1,800,000,000 multicurrency and sustainability linked revolving credit facility (“Facility”) with a syndicate of 10 banks. The Facility matures in June 2028, with options for extension until June 2030 on certain terms. The Facility replaces an existing credit facility due to expire in April 2025. The syndicate consists of the following banks (in alphabetical order): Barclays, Citi, Danske Bank, HSBC, ING, Mizuho, Nordea, SEB, SMBC and Standard Chartered. Danske Bank, ING and Mizuho have acted as coordinators for the Facility.
