Telenor ASA have today issued EUR 750,000,000 of new

debt as a part of the refinancing of the tender

offer published on 8 March 2010. The notes will be

issued under Telenor ASA EMTN programme and will

have a maturity of 10 year, with a coupon of 4.1250%

and a spread to mid swap of +97bp.
