I am writing you as Chairman of Telecom Argentina S.A. (“Telecom Argentina” or the Company) to inform you that Mr. Germán Ariel Zunini and Mr. Martín Alberto Breinlinger have submitted their resignations in indeclinable terms as Alternate Directors of the Company, strictly due to personal reasons.
