I am writing you as Chairman of Telecom Argentina S.A. (“Telecom Argentina” or the Company) to inform you that Mr. Luis María Abbá has submitted its resignation in indeclinable terms as Alternate Director of the Company, strictly due to personal reasons.

Mr. Abbá, who was designated as Alternate Director representing ANSeS -FGS, has submitted his resignation with effectiveness as of the date on which the next Shareholders’ Meeting will be held.
