I am writing you as Responsible for Market Relations of TELECOM ARGENTINA S.A. to inform you that today Mr. David Manuel Martinez has submitted his resignation as Director of the Company, strictly due to personal reasons.

The Board of Directors will consider the submitted resignation in the first meeting to be held, and it will also consider the request by Mr. Martinez to incorporate his Alternate, Mr. Baruki Gonzalez, as his replacement.
