Mario Zanotti resigns as Director of Tele2 AB

Stockholm - Tele2 AB (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) today announces that Mario Zanotti has decided to resign from the Tele2 Board of Directors.

Mike Parton, Chairman of the Board of Directors, comments: "On behalf of the board of Tele2 I would like to thank Mario for his valuable contribution and years of service."

The Nomination Committee will review the overall Board composition as part of its work ahead of the Annual General Meeting in May 2016. The Board of Directors of Tele2 AB will consist of six members until then.
