Tecnotree buys back all its outstanding debt

In pursuance to Tecnotree Corporation’s (“Tecnotree”) Stock Exchange Release dated 9 July 2021 regarding the settlement of all outstanding issues between Tecnotree and Viking Acquisitions Corp. (“Viking”), both as a creditor and as an erstwhile shareholder, Tecnotree is pleased to announce that all conditions subsequent have been completed and that Tecnotree group has fully purchased the current outstanding debt held by Viking under the debt restructuring program at par.
