Rheinmetall Air Defence AG 07/2009 - present Head of System Engineering

  • Heading the department system engineering fire control units in the field of air defence and radar systems. Besides the tasks of the people management, planning, and budgeting, I am responsible for the product strategy and management for the product lines Skyguard, Skyshield, and Fieldguard.
  • Supporting the sales organisation in pre-sales (estimation of development costs, preparing answers to RFPs and RFQs) and during the sales process by defining customized solutions based on the products Skyguard, Skyshield, or Fieldguard for customers.
