Techstep ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to Techstep ASA's (the "Company") stock exchange announcement

on 28 September 2022 regarding the Private Placement.  In connection with the

settlement of Tranche 1, the Company has issued 38,985,520 new shares to the

subscribers. The share capital increase pertaining to such share issue has now

been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.

Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new share capital is NOK 251,484,770 divided

into 251,484,770 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
