Techstep ASA - Notifiable transaction in connection with Private Placement

Reference is made to Techstep ASA's ("the Company" or "Techstep") stock exchange

announcement on 29 September 2022 regarding the completion of the private

placement ("private placement") and the announcement on 21 October 2022

regarding the completion of the extraordinary general meeting.

Datum AS ("Datum") has on 24 October 2022 entered into a share lending agreement

in connection with the private placement where Datum has agreed to lend a total

of 17,710,190 existing and tradable shares in Techstep ASA to Arctic Securities

AS and Sparebank 1 Markets AS (the "Managers") to facilitate partial DVP

settlement of the Tranche 2 shares in the Private Placement.
