Techstep ASA: Financial statements for 2021 approved by the Board

The Board of Directors of Techstep ASA has today, on 22 March 2022, approved the

Annual Report and financial statements for 2021 for issuance, subject to

approval by the Annual General Meeting on 21 April 2022.

There are no material changes in the financial statements compared to the

preliminary and unaudited 2021 results as reported by Techstep ASA on 11

February 2022.

Due to technical challenges related to the European Single Electronic Format

(ESEF), the 2021 Annual Report, including sustainability report, will be

published by the latest on 31 March 2022.
