Techstep ASA: Annual Report 2017

Techstep ASA: Annual Report 2017

On 4 April 2018, the Board of Directors of Techstep ASA approved the Annual Accounts for 2017 for issuance, subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting on 25 April 2018. Please find enclosed Techstep's Annual Report for 2017. The Annual Report will also be made available at the company's website www.techstepasa.no.

Please note that the Annual Accounts for 2017 includes changes to net income and total equity, compared with the figures presented in the preliminary Annual Accounts included in the Q4 2017 report released 15 February 2018. Net income has been changed to negative NOK 47.7 million from negative NOK 39.7. The NOK 7.9 million change is due to increased costs relating to the share options granted to executive management and a reduction in the positive effect of income taxes. Total equity was reduced by NOK 3.3 million, from NOK 453.4 million to NOK 450.1 million, primarily related to the change in income taxes.
