Change of financial calendar

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by

Birdstep Technology ASA (“Birdstep”) on 4 November 2015

regarding Birdstep’s financial calendar.

The annual general meeting in Birdstep will be held on 28

April 2016. Further, publication of Birdstep’s financial

statements for the first quarter of 2016 will be postponed to

28 April 2016 and the financial calendar is revised

accordingly.

This information is published in accordance with Section 4.5

of the Continuing Obligations of stock exchange listed

companies.
