Exchange Agreement with Zono Holding AS for the acquisition of all shares in Zono AS

and, the entering into an agreement in principle with Teki Gruppen AS for the acquisition

of Teki Gruppen AS's shareholding in Teki Solutions AS) is today released in compliance
