Techstep signs Managed Mobility Services agreement with HeidelbergCement

Techstep signs Managed Mobility Services agreement with HeidelbergCement

Oslo, 8 March 2022. Techstep has signed an agreement with the building materials

manufacturer HeidelbergCement in Norway, to provide its Manage Mobility

Solutions, SmartDevice to 1,000 users in the country.

SmartDevice is Techstep's mobile device lifecycle solution powered by Techstep's

own lifecycle handling software, including online store, self-service management

portal for end-users and administrators, and the purchase of mobile devices as-a

-service at a fixed monthly cost.

SmartDevice will help HeidelbergCement reduce IT costs and complexity, and

improve the company's sustainability by allowing for safe reuse or recycling of

their used mobile devices.

"This agreement reflects our core offering where we provide the customer with

mobile devices at a reduced cost through our as-a-service model, and onboard

each user onto our cloud-based self-service platform. This lays the foundation

for the customers' further enhanced use of mobile technology to improve the

world of work for their employees" says Techstep's CRO, Gunnar Aasen.

Techstep estimates a total contract value of NOK 8 million, with an initial

contract period of two years. ARR from own software is estimated to be NOK
