Birdstep Technology Signs Contract with Syniverse to Deliver a Wi-Fi Connection Management Solution to Samsung

Birdstep Technology ASA signs global contract with

Syniverse, a multinational mobile & Wi-Fi solutions

provider for its EasySmart solution. The joint

solution provides an enhanced and customized Wi-Fi

connection management solution for Samsung.

OSLO, Norway - June 17, 2014 -Birdstep Technology

(www.birdstep.com) and Syniverse, a multinational

mobile & Wi-Fi solutions provider, team up to provide

an end-to-end solution for an enhanced & customized

Wi-Fi connection management solution, including back-

end billing integration, for Samsung.

The partnership will first launch in the Indonesian

market, one of the largest mobile markets in Southeast

Asia, with opportunities for further expansion in the

region.

The Wi-Fi Connection Management service simplifies

consumer connectivity for Wi-Fi-only devices by

enabling seamless and automatic access to more than

100,000 Hotspots in Indonesia for selected OEM

devices.

will facilitate easy and affordable access to Wi-Fi
