Birdstep Signs Strategically Important SafeMove License Deal in Malaysia

Birdstep Technology signs strategically important

deal for SafeMove licenses through reseller Haynik in

Malaysia.

The end customer MAMPU, Malaysian Administrative

Modernization and Management Planning Unit, is one of

the prominent government agencies in Malaysia,

responsible for modernizing and reforming the public

sector. Birdstep will provide the SafeMove solution

together with its Malaysian partner, Haynik, to MAMPU.

The deal is strategic to Birdstep as it is our first

win in the Southeast Asian market. Additionally,

MAMPU stipulates the IT policies of the Malaysian

Government, creating further opportunities with other

Malaysian government agencies, making this an
