DISCLOSURE OF A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS UNDER SECTION 9 OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE
SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

According to information received from OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative
(commercial register number 0242522-1), the proportion of Technopolis Plc's
share capital and votes held by OP-Pohjola Group and its related parties as well
as OP-Pohjola Group affiliates and the mutual funds managed by them, has
increased above one twentieth (5 %) as a result of a share transaction carried
out on May 19, 2010. The proportion of Technopolis Plc's share capital and votes
indirectly controlled by OP-Pohjola Group is now 3,912,443 shares and 6.206 %
respectively.
