CHANGES IN THE GROUP MANAGEMENT TEAM OF TECHNOPOLIS PLC

TECHNOPOLIS PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE February 10th, 2010 at 9.00 a.m.

CHANGES IN THE GROUP MANAGEMENT TEAM OF TECHNOPOLIS PLC

The Technopolis Group Management Team for 2010 has been changed to facilitate
the company's growth targets for the next few years.

Marko Järvinen has been appointed as a new member of Management Team with
responsibility for Helsinki Metropolitan Area operations and Development
Services. His earlier positions included posts as a human resources development
consultant for Mercuri International as well as a variety of domestic and
international sales jobs. He joined the Group in 2006.

After the changes the Technopolis Management Team comprises Keith Silverang,
CEO, Reijo Tauriainen, CFO, Marko Järvinen, Vice President in charge of the
Group´s Helsinki Metropolitan Area operations and Development Services, Satu
Eskelinen Vice President in charge of the Group´s Tampere operations and
Business Services and Seppo Selmgren, Chief Sales Officer.

The new Management Team is effective as of the 10th of February 2010.
