Declaration by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of TeamViewer AG regarding the recommendations of the Government Commission German Corporate Governance Code pursuant to Section 161 German Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz)

The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of TeamViewer AG declare that TeamViewer AG since its last declaration dated December 2020 has complied with all recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code in its version of 16 December 2019, published by the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection on 20 March 2020, in the official section of the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) (the "Code"), and intends to comply with all recommendations of the Code in the future.
