F1: Subject to acceleration upon certain events, the restricted stock units ("RSUs") vest in equal installments on each of the first, second, third and fourth anniversary of the grant date, receive dividend equivalent stock units and convert to common shares upon vesting. 967 RSUs with a 11/17/2008 grant date, 2,946 RSUs with a 11/17/2009 grant date, 5,079 RSUs with a 11/08/2010 grant date, 946 RSUs with a 06/07/2011 grant date, and 5,666 RSUs with a 11/14/2011 grant date vest in four installments.
