For Debenture-holders of SHRI AMBICA MILLS LIMITED NOTICE is hereby given that we, Central Bank of India are acting as Debenture Trustees in terms of a Trust Deed dated 28th, July, 1988 executed with M/s Ambica Mills Limited ("the Company") for securing issue of 15 % Registered Mortgage Debentures of * 100/- each of the aggregate nominal value of Rs. 2,50,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crore Fifty Lakh Only) issued by the Company The Company went into Liquidation in terms of an Order dated 17th February, 1997 passed by the Gujarat High Court and Liquidator took possession of its assets. ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ತಲೆ ಇಲ್ಲದ ದ್ವೇಷ ಹಾಗೂ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯದಿಂದ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಮಂದಿ ತೊಂದರೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾದರು. ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಜನಗಳ ಹೋರಾಟ ಹಾಗು ತ್ತಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆ ಕಹಿ ನೆನಪುಗಳು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ವಿಭಜನೆಯ ವಿಷ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಸೌಹಾರ್ದತೆ ತೆಗೆಯಲು ನಮಗೆ ಸಹಕರಿಯಾಗಿವೆ. ಏಕತೆಯ ಸೂರ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಲಗೊಳಿಸಲು, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸೌಹಾರ್ದತೆ ಮತು ಮನುಷ್ಯತ್ವವನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ಹಿಡಿಯಲು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಶಕ್ತಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದಿದಾರೆ.

ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹಲವು ಬಾರಿ ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದೆ. ಆದರೂ ಶಾಸಕರ ಭೇಟಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಕಾರಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹಚ್ಚಿದ್ದೆ . ದೊಡ್ಡ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಕಾರಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹಚ್ಚಿದರೆ ಭಯ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ವೇಳೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂಬ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಇದನು ಒಪಲಾಗದು. ಇವರು ಕೇವಲ ಪಾತ್ರಧಾರಿಗಳು. ಇದರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಯಾರೋ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೇಬಲ್ ಮಾಫಿಯಾ ಕೈವಾಡದ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೂ ಶಂಕೆ ಇದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಿರಂಗಪಡಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

. ಆದರೆ, ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಬೇಸತ್ತು ತನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರಾದ ನವೀನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಧರ್ ಜತೆ ಸೇರಿ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹಚ್ಚಲು ಸಂಚು ರೂಪಿಸಿದ್ದ ಎಂದು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯಿಂದ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರಂತೆ ಒಂದು ಕ್ರಾನ್ ತಂದು ರಸೆ ಬದಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ದ್ವಿಚಕ್ರ ವಾಹನಗಳಿಂದ ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಕದ್ರು ತುಂಬಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಶಾಸಕರ ಮನೆ ಬಳಿ ಬಂದು ಇವರ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಮನೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಹತ್ತಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಕಾಂಪೌಂಡ್ ಹಾರಿ ಬಂದು ಫಾರ್ಚೂನರ್ ಕಾರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಹೇಂದ್ರ ಥಾರ್ ಜೀಪ್ಗೆ ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಸುರಿದು ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದರೋ ಅದೇ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಪಸ್ ಆಗಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ಬದಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ರಮೇಶ್ ಎಂಬುವವರ ಬೈಕ್ ಕದ್ದು ಒಂದೇ ಬೈಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂವರೂ ಪರಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ನಡುವೆ ಬೈಕ್ ಕಳ್ಳತನವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿತು.
ಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಠಾಣೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ತನಿಖೆ ತೀವ್ರಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಘಟನಾ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೇಗೂರು ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ 123 ಸಿಸಿಟಿವಿಗಳ ಫುಟೇಜ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಒಂದೇ ಬೈಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಗಿರುವುದು ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿದೆ.
ಬೈಕ್ ಕಳ್ಳತನವಾಗಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೂ, ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಬಳಸಿರುವ ಬೈಕ್ ಹೋಲಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ತನಿಖೆ ಚುರುಕುಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಮೊದಲು ಆರೋಪಿಯೊಬ್ಬನ ಮನೆ ಬಳಿ ಬೈಕ್ ನಿಂತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಿದ್ದರು. ಆ ಬೈಕ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಲು ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಬಂದೇ ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆಂದು ಒಂದು ತಂಡ ಕಾದು ಸ್ತಲ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತಿತ್ತು . ಕೆಲವೇ ನಿಮಿಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ನಿನ್ನೆಯಷ್ಟೇ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಬೈಕ್ ಬಳಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಸುತ್ತುವರಿದು ಗಾಂಧಿ ವಾಗ್ತಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದರು. ಟ್ವಿಟರ್ ಆವರಿಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಇಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ತೀವ್ರ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೊಳಪಡಿಸಿದಾಗ ನೀಡಿದ ಸುಳಿವಿನ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ತಂಡ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಮೂಗು ಇದೀಗ ಈ ಮೂವರೂ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ತೂರಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೊಳಪಡಿಸಿ, ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹಚ್ಚಲು ಕಾರಣವೇನು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಜತೆ ಇನ್ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಇದ್ದಾರೆಯೇ ಅಥವಾ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಹೇಳಿ ಈ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆಯೇ ಎಂಬಿತ್ಯಾದಿ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲೆ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಟ್ವಿಟರ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ದ್ವೇಷವಿಲ್ಲ: ಸತೀಶ್ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಆವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರಾಹುಲ್ಗಾಂಧಿ ದ್ರೇಷವಿಲ್ಲ, ನಾನು ಹಲವು ಬಾರಿ ಸತೀಶ್ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಅವರ ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೋದಾಗಲೂ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಮರುಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದೆ.

38 ಸಾವಿರ ಹೊಸ ಸೋಂಕು ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ದೇಶದ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸೋಂಕು ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 3,21,56,493 ಕೋಟಿಗೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. 478 ಸಾವಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಮಹಾಮಾರಿಗೆ ಬಲಿಯಾದವರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 4,30,732 ಲಕಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.
ಕಳೆದ 48 ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿನಿತ್ತ 50 ಸಾವಿರದೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಗಮನಾರ್ಹವಾಗಿದೆ.
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಚೇತರಿಕೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ.97.45ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಸೋಂಕು ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ 3,87,673ಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಿನ್ನೆ ಒಂದೇ ದಿನ 22,29,798 ಮಂದಿಯ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ದೇಶದ ಸುಮಾರು 50 ಕೋಟಿ ಮಂದಿಯ ತಪಾಸಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದಂತಾಗಿದೆ.
ದಿನಕ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಪಾಸಿಟಿವಿಟಿ ದರ ಶೇ.1.73ಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಗಧಿ ಯಾಗಿದರೆ, ವಾರದ ಪಾಸಿಟಿವಿಟಿ ರೇಟ್ ಶೇ.2.05ರಷ್ತಿದೆ.
ಸೋಂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ಪಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಏರಿಕೆ ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಿದ್ದರೂ ಕೊರೊನಾದಿಂದ ಚೇತರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವವರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದುವರೆಗೂ 3.13 ಕೋಟಿಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಂದಿ ಗುಣಮುಖರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
