TAYLOR WIMPEY PLC - DIRECTORS' SHARE DEALINGS

Taylor Wimpey plc (the Company) announces that following the achievement of performance conditions, and consequent vesting of nil cost options granted on 6 March 2013 under the Taylor Wimpey Performance Share Plan "PSP", the Directors of the Company named below carried-out the following transactions on 1st March 2016 in accordance with applicable Company shareholding guidelines:
