Notice of AGM and Annual Report 20-21

Notice is hereby given that the 32^nd Annual General Meeting of Tata Elxsi Limited will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) at 2.30 p.m, to transact the business as set out in the Notice to the AGM. The deemed venue for the 32nd AGM will be the registered office of the Company.

In view of the COVID-19 pandemic and resultant difficulties involved in dispatch of physical copies of the Annual Report, the MCA, vide its Circular dated May 5, 2020 and General Circular No.02/2021 dated January 13, 2021 has dispensed with the requirement of dispatch of physical copies of the Annual Report. Accordingly, the Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report 2020-21 has been sent only by electronic mode to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories. The electronic dispatch of the Annual Report has been completed on June 02, 2021. ಆಶ್ರಯ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಗೋವಿಂದಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ಲಸ್ 2 ಮಾದರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 3ಸಾವಿರ ಮನೆ ಮನೆಗಳನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗುತಿದ್ದು, ಈಗಾಗಲೆ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನು ಅಂತಿಮಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಸುತ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕೆ, 7.70ಲಕ ರೂ. ವೆಚ್ಚ ತಗಲುವ ಅಂದಾಜು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಗೋವಿಂದಪುರ ಹಾಗೂ ಗೋಪಿಶೆಟ್ರಿಕೊಪ್ಪ ಎರಡು ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 5838 ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳು ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ 2991 ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಂದ ವಂತಿಗೆ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಮೇಯರ್ ಸುನಿತಾ ಅಣ್ಣಪ್ತ ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಆಯುಕ್ತ ಚಿದಾನಂದ ವಟಾರೆ ಅವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ಕೋವಿಡ್-19 ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯದ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಇಂದಿನ ತುರ್ತು ಅಗತ್ಯ

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು.ಜೂ5:ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಜೂನ್ 5ರ ದಿನವನು, ವಿಶ್ರ ಪರಿಸರ ದಿನವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುತದೆ ಅಲ್ಲದೇ 'ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಪುನರ್ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ'ಯನ್ನು ಈ ವರ್ಷದ ತಿರುಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಆರಿಸಿದೆ. 'ಹಾನಿಯನು. ಪರಿಸರಕೆ, ತಡೆಯುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಇದನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೋವಿಡ್–19 ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ತ್ತಾಜ್ಯ ಹಲವು ನೂರು ಪಟ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ್ದು, ಈ ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಮಾಡುವ ತುರ್ತು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಈ ತ್ತಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಸೆಷಲಿಸ್ ಹಾಸಿಟಲ್ನ್ ರೋಗಲಕ್ಷಣಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಸಲಹಾ ತಜ್ಞರಾದ ಡಾ. ತ್ರಿಚಾ ಕುಲ್ಲಹಳ್ಳಿ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದೆವು.

ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲು ವಿಶೇಷ ಕ್ರಮ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು

ಮೂಲದಲಿಯೇ ಅದನು ಯಶಸ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ವಿಂಗಡಿಸುವುದು ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿರುತದೆ. ಈಗಿನ ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೇವಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಮತು ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆರವು ನೀಡುವವರಿಗೆ

Notice of AGM and Annual Report 20-21

Notice is hereby given that the 32^nd Annual General Meeting of Tata Elxsi Limited will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) at 2.30 p.m. to transact the business as set out in the Notice to the AGM. The deemed venue for the 32nd AGM will be the registered office of the Company.

In view of the COVID-19 pandemic and resultant difficulties involved in dispatch of physical copies of the Annual Report, the MCA, vide its Circula dated May 5, 2020 and General Circular No.02/2021 dated January 13, 2021 has dispensed with the requirement of dispatch of physical copies of the Annual Report. Accordingly, the Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report 2020-21 has been sent only by electronic mode to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories. The electronic dispatch of the Annual Report has been completed on June 02, 2021. The Notice to the AGM and Annual Report 2020-21 are also available or the Company's website www.tataelxsi.com, websites of the Stock Exchanges i.e. BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited at www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com respectively and on the website of NSDL https://www.evoting.nsdl.com

The Members are provided with a facility to cast their vote electronically on all resolutions set forth in the Notice to 32^nd AGM using the e-voting system provided by NSDL. The remote e-voting period commences on June 21, 2021 at 9:00 A.M. and ends on June 24, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. During the period. shareholders holding shares either physical or in dematerialized form as on the cut-off date, June 18, 2021 may cast their vote electronically. Any person who acquires shares of the Company and holds shares as on the cut-off date June 18, 2021, may obtain the login ID and password by sending a request to evoting@nsdl.co.in. The facility for e-voting, shall also be made available to
Members attending the AGM through VC/OAVM, who have not already cast their vote by remote e-voting through the NSDL portal.

Members who have cast their vote by remote e-voting prior to the AGM can also attend/participate in the AGM through VC / OAVM but shall not be entitled to cast their vote again. The instructions on remote e-voting are detailed in the notes to the Notice convening the AGM, which is also available at www.evoting.nsdl.com.

Members who would like to express their views or ask questions during the AGM may register themselves as a speaker by sending their request from their registered email address mentioning their name, DP ID and Client ID/folio number, PAN, mobile number at telagm@tataelxsi.com between June 16 2021 and June 21, 2021. The facility to express views/ask questions during the AGM shall be restricted only to those members who have pre-registered themselves as a speaker. The Company reserves the right to restrict the number of speakers depending on the availability of time for the AGM.

During the 32nd AGM, Members may access the scanned copy of the Register of Directors and Key Managerial Personnel and their shareholding maintained under section 170 of the Act and the Register of contracts and arrangements in which the Directors are interested, maintained under section 189 of the Act, upon logging in to NSDL e-voting system at https://www.evoting.nsdl.com
