Completion of Placement & Updated Cleansing Notice

Tasman Resources Limited (“Tasman”, or “the Company) is pleased to advise completion of its $2 million Share Placement as announced to the ASX on 21 October 2025 following the issue of the second tranche placement shares, to raise $1.15 million before costs.

The Company advises that the issue of the second tranche placement shares occurred today, and accordingly provides the following re-dated cleansing notice to the ASX, further to its Appendix 2A and cleansing notice dated 11 December 2025.

Cleansing Notice

This notice is given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“Act”). Further to the ASX announcement dated 21 October 2025 and 11 December 2025 regarding the issue of 92,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares to sophisticated investors as the second tranche of a share placement (“Placement Shares”), the Company advises that the issue of the Placement Shares occurred on 12 December 2025.

The Company provides notice that:

1. the Placement Shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

2. as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with:

   • i. the provision of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

   • ii. section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

3. as at the date of this notice there is no excluded information required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
