- - PRO RATA NON RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE

The Company announces that in relation to the pro-rata non-renounceable rights issue made under the offer document as per the announcement on 20 October 2008 that acceptances were received for a total of 7,399,054 shares raising a total of $295,962.16. This left a shortfall of 14,711,187 shares. The total number of shares to be issued will be 7,399,054 together with 7,399,054 options to acquire shares exercisable at 20 cents at any time on or before 5.00pm WST on 31 December 2009.

The holding statements will be dispatched on 1 December 2008.
