Re: Appointment of an Interim Chairman for the Board of Directors
Pursuant to the immediate report of the Company dated April 27th,, 2022 (references no.: 2022-01-042354 & 2022-01-042363), concerning Mr. Steinberg's resignation from his office as a director and interim Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (including, to remove any doubt, subsidiaries of the Company), effective as of May 10th,2022, the Company hereby announces that, on April 27th, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company resolved that, during the interim period, starting on the end date of Mr. Steinberg's office and until a new Chairman is appointed for the Board of Directors, Mr. Salah Saabneh, who serves as a director in the Company, will be appointed as an Interim Chairman of the of the Board of Directors of the Company.
It is hereby clarified that, Mr. Saabneh does not intend to run for the position of a permanent Chairman of the Board of Directors. Furthermore, there will be no change in the terms of office of Mr. Saabneh as a director in the Board of Directors of the Company, due to his appointment as an Interim Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.
