Sharon MacBeath is appointed Human Resources Executive Vice President of Tarkett Group

Paris - La Défense, January 5th 2017

Tarkett, a global leader in flooring and sports surfaces solutions, announces today the appointment of Sharon MacBeath as Human Resources Executive Vice President, succeeding to Vincent Lecerf. She will be a member of Tarkett Executive Committee as well as Tarkett Management Board with Fabrice Barthélemy, Chief Financial Officer, and Michel Giannuzzi, Chairman of the Management Board.

Sharon has started her career in Human Resources with McDonald's France, before leaving to set up her own recruitment company EMDS in 1995. From 1999, her career as Senior Vice President for Human Resources and Communication began with Rexam, a leading global packaging Group; position that she also held at Redcats (Kering Group) as of 2005. In 2013, she was appointed Group Senior Vice President in charge of Human Resources at Rexel.

Sharon was born in Scotland and has worked in France since 1991. She holds a BSc (Honors) in Psychology and Management Studies from Glasgow University, a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Sorbonne and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
