The Ordinary Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of Tarkett Shareholders will be held on:
Tuesday April 26, 2016 at 9:30 AM at COM' SQUARE LA DEFENSE – MIRO ROOM 57 Esplanade du Général De Gaulle 92081 PARIS LA DEFENSE CEDEX
The Notice convening this Shareholder's Meeting, including the Agenda and the text of proposed resolutions, has been published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires (French bulletin of legal notices) on March 21, 2016 (bulletin n°35).
The documents referred to in article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code are made available to shareholders as from the date of the Notice convening the Meeting, in accordance with applicable regulations:
- any shareholder holding registered shares may, up to and including the fifth day prior to the General Meeting, request these documents from the Company. For shareholders holding bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the submission of a shareholding certificate delivered by their financial intermediary;
- any shareholder may consult these document at the Company's registered office during the 15 days prior to the General Meeting.
