Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. on August 13, 2024, has inter alia approved the appointment of Mr. Digambar Patil (DIN: 10725330) as an Additional Director Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the Board of the Company, based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee in the capacity of NonExecutive Non-Independent Director, liable to retire by rotation, subject to the approval of the shareholders
Further, in accordance with Circular no. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 June 20, 2018 issued by BSE Limited, Mr. Digambar Patil (DIN: 10725330) is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue if any SEBI order or of any other authority.
