TANAMI GOLD NL Notice under Section 708A

On 20 November 2007 Tanami Gold NL ("Company") completed the issue of 125,400,000 fully paid ordinary shares ("shares") at A$0.10 per share which constituted the first tranche of the 330 million share (A$33 million) capital raising announced to the market on 6 November 2007.

The shares were placed with international and domestic institutional and sophisticated investors.

The shares are part of a class of securities quoted on ASX.

The Company gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ("Act").

The shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act.

The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

• (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

• (b) Section 674 of the Act.

As at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information to be provided in accordance with Sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Act.
