On March 10, 2021, Talos Energy Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial and operational results for the fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
