SHARE PLACEMENT ANNOUNCED 1 FEBRUARY 2008

As a consequence of a communication delay beyond the control of the Company and an intending subscriber, confirming the acceptance of 1 million shares in the placement announced to the Australian Securities Exchange on 1 February 2008, we wish to amend the placement advice from 12 million shares at 6c to 13 million shares at 6c, raising the Company a total of $780,000.
