Sterling Bank Redetermination, Options and Share Issue

The directors are pleased to announce that, following a partial redetermination of credit facilities, Sterling Bank in the US has reduced the current interest rate on borrowings by 50 basis points. A full redetermination is currently in the process of being completed. This reflects continued support and confidence in the quality of the assets held by the company.

The directors have agreed to issue an additional 250,000 options to Southern Producer Services LLC, based in Texas, USA. These options are at a strike price of 40 cents and have a term of 3 years from date of issue. This issue follows on from the original agreement with SPS announced on the 21 December 2006. The nature of the agreement and the services rendered has not been amended.

Attached is form 3B reflecting the placement of 1,000,000 shares to an offshore client of Macquarie Equities Ltd.

Quotation agreement
