Sub.: Intimation of Board Meeting pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

This is to inform you that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone & consolidated un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and our earlier intimation vide letter dated September 29, 2025 and further in accordance with code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from October 01, 2025 and would open 48 Hours after the announcement of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

Kindly note that PAN of Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been freezed by depositories i.e. prohibited for dealing in the shares of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2025 till completion of Closure of Trading Window Period, in pursuance of the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023.
