On June 4, 2007, John M. Kramer, Group Vice President of Sypris Solutions, Inc. and President of Sypris Technologies, Inc. announced his retirement from his positions with the company effective July 9, 2007. He will begin transitioning some of his duties in mid-June 2007. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
