Directorate Change

Synthomer plc ("the Company") announces that Ishbel Macpherson has informed the Company of her intention not to stand for election as a non-executive director at the Company's Annual General Meeting in May in order to pursue other interests. Ishbel will step down from her position on the Company's Audit and Remuneration Committees with immediate effect. 

The Company will appoint a replacement independent non-executive director in due course.

The Board would like to thank Ishbel for her contribution to the Company and to wish her well for the future.
