Sýn hf. : Changes in management of Sýn hf.

Stefán Sigurðsson, the CEO of Sýn hf., has in accordance with an agreement with
the Board of Directors, requested to resign from his post, effective as of June
1st 2019.

The Board of Directors has requested the Chairman of the Board to take on an
active role as regards the organizational structure of the Company as well as
ensuring that the operation of the Company will be in good order until a new CEO
has been recruited.
