Director Dealing

The Company was notified on 23 October 2015 that on the same date, Michael Laurier, Chief Executive Officer, transferred a total of 987,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 8.0p per Ordinary Share to his SIPP.

Following the above transaction Mr. Laurier remains beneficially interested in 22,571,067 Ordinary Shares, as previously announced on 15 May 2015, representing approximately 15.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
