Sydbank — Board/Management Information 2013

Claus Christensen, General Manager, has announced that he wishes to resign from
the Board of Directors of Sydbank A/S at the end of July 2013. Claus
Christensen has interests in several companies and also serves on a number of
boards of directors as chairman or as an ordinary member of the board and in
the light of the expected coming legislation, it may prove difficult to combine
the membership of Sydbank’s Board of Directors with this.

Claus Christensen was elected to Sydbank’s Board of Directors in 2011.

Consequently Sydbank’s Board of Directors will consist of 6 members elected by
the Shareholders’ Committee.
