Dear Sir,
We refer your letter No. NSE/CM/Surveillance/8233 dated 3rd June, 2019 on the captioned subject received by us on 3rd June, 2019 evening.
We wish to share that the increase in volume on 3rd June, 2019 was recorded due to purchase of 1,77,586 equity shares of the Company by Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (M&M), one of the promoters of the Company, through open market route.
Further, it may please be noted that M&M has already made a disclosure about the said transaction to the Stock Exchanges under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 on 3rd June, 2019 (Copy enclosed). The Company has also received on 3rd June, 2019, a disclosure from M&M under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, which is being uploaded by the Company today.
