This is to inform that the Company has executed a 'Share Purchase Agreement' with Mis Veritas (India) Limited to acquire 7,40,000 equity shares of Mis Veritas Polychem Private Limited (VPPL) @ Rs. 10/- each.

By virtue of the above agreement, Mis VPPL will become subsidiary of the company.
