'This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of SVP Global Ventures Limited will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at the Registered Office of the Company at 97, Maker Tower 'F', Cuffe Parade, Mumbai- 400 005 inter alia to consider the following business;

• 1. To approve Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31* March, 2021.
• 1. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairman.

Further, in continuation to our disclosure on Closure of Trading Window, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2 April, 2019 issued by BSE, the Trading Window has been already closed with effect from 01" April, 2021 for all the Designated Persons and Insider of the Company and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours from the date of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ending on 30" June, 2021,
