The Company announces that it has received today notification that on 4 August 2021 the share register is updated for shares allotted under the Equity Raise, as confirmed at the General Meeting on 30 July 2021 that Directors (together with their connected family interests) interests in the Company's ordinary shares of 1 pence each are
