Director's purchase of shares

The Company announces that it has received notification that on 2 October 2013 Graham Miller, purchased 97,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 25.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mr. Miller is interested in 97,000 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 0.101% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
