Board Changes

Surefire Resources NL ("Surefire", or "the Company") (ASX:SRN), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Victor Turco as non-Executive Director to its board, effective immediately.

Mr Turco is a Certified Practicing Accountant and is the principal and public practice certificate holder of Turco & Co Pty Ltd. Mr Turco is a member of CPA Australia and National Tax and Accountants' Association and has been involved in public accounting arena for 36 years with a wealth of experience both in Australia and overseas in the accounting, taxation, finance, corporate and property fields.

Mr Turco's appointment follows the resignation of Mr David Sumich as Director. The Board would like to express its appreciation to Mr Sumich for his service to the Company.

The Appendix 3X detailing Initial Director's Interest and Appendix 3Z detailing Final Director's Interest in the Company for both directors are attached.
