With reference to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 13[th] January, 2022 of the Company, inter alia to consider and transact the following business:

1. Proposal for sub division/ split of Equity shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company in such manner as the Board may determine including matters related/ incidental thereto subject to such regulatory/ statutory approval as may be required, including the approval of shareholders of the Company.

Please note that the Trading Window of the Company is being closed for the designated persons for dealing in securities of the Company from Thursday, 30[th] December, 2021 until 48 hours from the announcement of split/sub-division made public in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with circulars, if any issued by the Stock Exchanges.
