With reference to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 30[th] June, 2021 of the Company, inter alia to consider and transact the following business:

To consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2021.

To approve the increase in Authorised Capital of the Company.

To consider and approve proposal for raising funds through issuance of equity shares on preferential basis.
Further, pursuant to our letter dated 30[th ] March, 2021 to the Exchanges, please note that the Trading Window of the Company was closed for designated persons from 01[st] April, 2021 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31[st] March, 2021 in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
