Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 23, 2013, Super Micro Computer, Inc. issued a press release announcing its operating and financial results for the third quarter fiscal year 2013. A copy of the press release including consolidated financial statements for the third quarter ended March 31, 2013 is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
